According to me, replacing Tau Cross before Destination is a mistake.
Nevermind, this is the best map pool we have had for such a long time on a broodwar tournament.
To sum up, let's try 2 or 3 more weeks on this map and then build some change on player's feedback.

The only thing I don't like about Tau Cross are the droppable ledges making it like lost temple with flat ground and highly exposed 3rd lol

It's strange to see that 2pacalypse poll at main page got 22 votes to replace Tau Cross, but my poll got 6 unvotes, which means for not replacing it - it means we got someone multiply voting or replaceable map pool sucks?

Like ppl voted in Desti and then it had 30% in the vote off poll, second only to Tau.

If you are going to use polls perhaps we could do a poll for each map.
People rate each map 1 to 7. 1 being you do not like it, and 7 being you do.
The current method is really inaccurate. For example, the map with the least votes to remove it is currently Circuit Breaker. This suggests that it is popular but in actual fact it might be everyones 2nd least favourite.
Example 2, the map that currently has the most votes might not actually be anyones least favourite map, but they simply vote for it in order to save a different one.
Maybe we could try this next time?

Also, if you list the maps you have shortlisted for possibly adding, and do a similar poll for each of them too.
So we rate these on a 1 to 7 scale aswell. Because there is no point voting to remove a map if the one that replaces it is something that you dont like as much.

How about this... Admins just make a skype group with a number of players of different races and they can determine the potential map changes?

Many of the maps listed to replace are REALLY out dated. Recommend going to last NW / Gambit Cup maps, there were some good choices.
