1． 海选赛First fight: .All plays are separated as on against another(48 one on one).
Bo3 on STL_Soul_of_Fighter_1.3,winner promoted.
The two players may negotiate the time for play.Do save your rep and upload it to dingdang(the winner do this).If your rep is wonderful,tell dingdang and he will stream your rep.

2． 预选赛Preliminary election fight [48(first fight winners,signed as A2 A3)+24(9th-32nd last cosl season,signed as A1)]=72 ->>>24: All plays are separated as 24 groups(3 players A1 A2 A3 on one group).
