In the Liquipedia page, you can find the complete rosters of all the AHCL teams. Ex/pros and some well known amateurs will be hyperlinked to their respective LP page (though a number of them still need to be created). The rest (not hyperlinked) are all amateurs.
You can also see the top 10 best players for the regular season. I think it's really cool how 8/10 of them were amateurs, and that the top spot is occupied by DAKS_Lt.
Playoffs Round 1 Mini-Preview
LoteM
LoteM relies on their star amateur  DAKS_Lt to carry them through, usually with amateurs  aBySs_Lt, and UP_Lt tagging along for moral support. The expros, Native_Lt (Light) and Saber_Lt (Saber), are LoteM's secret weapons that have been employed on occasion.
DAKS_Lt is LoteM's player of note, accomplishing two All-kills and nabbing the "Most Wins" award for the regular season. He's shown off a very aggressive, stylish playstyle in his games, making him one of the most entertaining amateurs to watch.
NsP
NsP is notable for being the only team to take a game off of NeOx this season, a team that has otherwise dominated the competition. NsP's roster features a diverse mix of strong expros,  NsP_Brave, NsP_Zerg (Hogil), NsP_Lazy, and good amateurs like NsP_First and NsP_MinsU
NsP_First could be described as an amateur version of Flash, with a focus on defense and macro play. His TvT is especially strong, taking out notable top players such as Mind and Shinee. Unlike Flash, however, he has a pretty good team backing him up.
Prediction
Tonight's result will depend on whether or not LoteM's Native_Lt (Light) and Saber_Lt are available tonight. Unfortunately, the two expros are very busy nowadays, and may not be able to play at all! If this worst-case scenario were to happen, it would essentially come down to whether or not DAKS_Lt can summon his inner Jaedong and perform another all-kill. Such a task would be difficult against NsP's deeper roster, who are sure to come with specific anti-DAKS strategies prepared. However, even if LoteM's expros were to show up tonight, NsP's Lazy poses a significant threat to everyone, including Native_Lt (Light). For LoteM, at best, tonight's series will be an uphill battle for them.

For those of you who are wondering why there's a graphic covering the screen, Afreeca broadcasters cover the view of the game for the first minute or so to deter stream cheating in amateur leagues
