CaucasianAsian doesn't want to restream in hopes that snipealot will configure streaming setup. And indeed snipealot is working on it, but there is no guarantee that it will work without lags.
If to speak about low quality restreams, in addition to Afreeca lagging itself they get heavily affected by Korea<->US connection that is very shaky. Theoretically there is a chance that somebody who lives in America has ISP with another transit routing to Korea, but it's just an assumption. If somebody wants to try low quality restreaming, pm me.

Yea, I have the internet for it easily; but for whatever reason Afreeca seems to not load the commercials required to load the stream...which means I can't even test if I will get constant Afreeca buffering.

If you have adblock Afreeca won't load.

There is a little chance that you get lag free HQ afreeca, but you can try LQ using livestreamer. There are almost no lags in Europe when no big bw events are running, but during SPL or other tournament it lags horribly. The question is will it lag for you during bw events.
