proleague crowds are pretty much dead and not so receptive compared to the current osl fans.

Makes you think of how much bigger sc2 is, honestly. Maybe not better, but definitely much, much bigger.

The sad thing is that different than Jangbi, Stork and fantasy, he won't have a chance for a gold (which he deserves, he's an amazing talent) to redeem himself. This is a sad day. Zero put himself in a bad spot in game 4. His second set of lurkers didn't finish in time at the high ground in front of his nat, and Jangbi had four storms. Zero committed too strongly to his hydra bust and had no drones... Leaving his lurkers in Jangbi's nat and doing the cute little lurker drops into the mineral line forced Jangbi's hand.

Funny you say that -- I was just watching the audience fist-pump after JangBi won and I was like, hmmmn this doesn't happen in GSL lol Then again all GSL matches are played in the small GOM studio, besides the finals. Finals seem to be pretty intense and well-attended! And big foreign tournaments like MLG etc. are exciting in a more sweaty-geek neckbeard kinda way :D Edit: I missed the part where you specifically mentioned PL. My apologies
