Yes he's undefeated so far. Wee, I got 2/2. First time I played on 815 PvT I figured fast main expo into carrier would be good~! And what does anytime do? Fast main expo into carrier! ^_^ Though I did reaver for defence/attack so I'm not quite as sexy I guess :< (my expo was probably loads slower too) | ||

A protoss must have carriers on that map, the only other way to win is a do or die reaver or dt strat. But why didn't xellos get lots of gols directly? It sounds as if xellos went tank/vult only but I guess he figured he could end the game quickly. | ||

It could very well end up like that. 2 maps seem to be in favor of protoss and 2 maps in favor of terran. Though of course they doubled the maps in favor of terran. | ||

GF vs Pusan could've gone either way, not a surprise. it's not like the first time GF got owned by DT. In fact as far as i can remember he always bowed to DTs in tvp. When he first came out into the pro leagues he got tortued by Ra and Kingdom's DTs all the time. Now again he's screwed around by Pusan's DT strats two games in a roll. it's like GF has a tvp template according to which he can play seamless macro games but he just has to stick to the template move by move everytime. but i really couldnt figure out how Xellos lost the game on 815 just by reading the live reports. Goliaths on 815 are so standard how come he didnt have them even after Anytime's carriers had come out. And after he'd seen the carriers at Anytime's main, many moments later, his gols still didnt get range upgrades in defense? the whole thing sounded like a really ugly game by xellos rather than a ingenious game by Anytime. | ||

In the finals, it would most likely be Forte and RoV which are pretty good for PuSaN or Anytime ( considering pusan won on both forte and rov and that anytime won on Forte) | ||

Anytime fast expanded. Xellos saw that and tried to rape it fast with fast vultures drop to tank drop. Xellos was pretty close taking that expansion. If Anytime lost that expansion then it would have been GG right there. Xellos did a lot of damage in Anytime's main, but Anytime defended then counter a Xellos with insufficient defense. | ||

And this is the first time I've seen these new maps. They are very nice for keeping things new and intersting. Anytime looks like a young Jerry O'Connell (from Stand by Me days). Maybe someone who knows photoshop and video capture could put a "separated at birth?" picture of them 2 side by side. | ||
