summary: khan, stars, kt, and cj can all be 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or out with the correct conditions. stars can win and not make the playoffs, and they can lose and still make the playoffs.

Mind could've pushed through the 3'clock with the billion tanks he had there anytime he wanted vs like the 3-5 canata had, but instead of attacking, or using it to defend his own base, he just let them sit there forever
