Yeah, but take the map into consideration. Lurker openings breaking the backdoor are pretty popular on it, so in case of 2port, he'd already have hydras? I mean, playing such tricks on this map might not be the best decision.

The same scenario happened with Flash vs Effort, except Flash massed tanks, contained Effort, and just slowly push in. There is NOTHING Sacsri could've done with the resources he had at the time. Queens would've taken too long and he would've been broken before they did much or it would've been too low in number like in Effort's case. Effort was behind from the start and he lost too much units to even do anything to flash ...
Bogus was ahead after the early game by a solid 50+ supply the entire time, peaking to 70 at times, for the entire mid game where he could've switched.. how was Sacsri not behind from the start again?

In fact, he lost all his mutas so he had 0 map control for at least 10 minutes

Sacsri delayed and killed lots of mnm at the top right of his base he didn't need map control when he had lots of lurkers and units and defilers was on the way .
