From what I gathered, your dream stacraft would have Bisu beating Flash then Jaedong in a Bo5 on Fighting Spirit *5. Those maps are not stupid at all, wth...

I missed the actual game, but watching the VOD, that muta battle was so freaking tense, wow.
Also, is it just me, or did Jaedong leave a muta on hold position while he was microing his main muta stack, so that a lot of RorO's scourge would suicide on that one muta?

question: what would you say is your know-how to overcoming a build-order loss in zvz?
JD: when you find out you're in a build order loss, you become that much more intensely focused on trying to play as efficiently as possible and the key is to play in a way that draws mistakes from your opponent
The interesting part about this is that you can see something similar when he played vs Roro on Match Point.
Q: Your expansion at 12 was good, and we thought you lost during the big fight again A: I was planning to take two expansions at once, but because my opponent only harassed the 5 o’clock expansion, I tried to make him realize 12 o’clock as late as I could, so I kept sending Drones to 5 o’clock base. For the Mutalisk battle, it was close to my base and my army was reinforced really well, so I managed to hold on. Honestly, it was a very dangerous situation for me.

Actually what I noticed (or thought I noticed) was that the key to Jaedong's success was moving his mutas far less than RorO, which (I think) meant he was maximizing attack efficiency, while RorO was wasting (significant) parts of seconds making "attack runs" but not attacking.

Good guess, but no. I like quite a few maps. This season has a fondness for the inverted ramp, which is nothing but trouble. Last season, and more so the season before, I liked just about every map. It's just this season that sucks as far as good maps.

Pretty sure most of the top players are friends, there was a movement to get bisu and jaedong to be friends because I think they were the only of TBLS that weren't friends yet, so pretty sure they are.
