Chinese gov't decides that the event shouldn't go on (unexpected size of crowd, weather forecast, or some other reason) -> contacts chinese contractors to refund the tickets etc. (initial newsflash from chinese sources about the event being cancelled) -> korean reporters/ogn wasn't quite given the message and continued with event preparation -> seeing this and the weather (only overcast), korean reporters tweeted that the event will definitely happen (sighs of relief at TL) -> ogn/kespa finds out that the chinese gov't is forcing the event to be delayed and cancelled and attempts to convince them otherwise (few minutes of confusion and possible "delays") -> this proves unsuccessful and OGN airs their official announcement of cancellation

Scenario 1: Finals cancelled because of dangers. Scenario 2: Bisu impaled by flying debris, because China did not cancel finals with weather being potentially dangerous. China!!!

EDIT: They could just have it go on and then have a delay if the weather gets bad. If it's bad all night resume tomorrow.

Some 20mins after that cancellation notice was posted on gamefy.cn, Fomos even posted the full schedule of events for the finals.
