Overall if we go by what would be "expected", as in looking plainly at statistics and recent performances of these players I would say that soulkey advances 2-0 and firebathero 2-1. Soulkey is the only zerg in the group and while hís ZvZ isn't weak by any means it is certainly his achilles heel when you compare it to how good he can play ZvT and ZvP. Firebathero has since the end of SWL had pretty darn descent TvP, while Perfectman's last victory in PvT was against Ssak back in SWL, though he did beat FBH the last time they met (the second last time he won a PvT). I expect perfectman to drop out 0-2, simply because he is outclassed, he could upset BByong with some carrier shenanigans but I dont see it happening. BByong I dont know where to put, on one hand he haven't really played that many games recently, and he lost his last 2 games against Sun and Stats, while that might not the best measure stick for how good his TvP is, he certainly doesn't have the momentum in TvP right now. So overall my verdict for the predictions is 2-0 neo.g_Soulkey 2-1 firebathero 1-2 BByong 0-2 Perfectman Upsets that may occur: BByong > firebathero Perfectman > BByong Firebathero > Soulkey If you consider these upset's or not I will let you decide, though it is different from my analysis of it so I consider it upsets.
Even when I was a BW fan, I never watched an MSL (I was an OSL guy) and this is my first time watching BW in a while, and my first time watching BW live...ever. Who should I be rooting for, and why? Firebathero, I guess, is the obvious choice.

Anyways I don`t understand why BByong pushed when he had just 2 rax and he wasn`t able to replenish his marines fast enough. Another question is why he had only 2 rax and he didn`t have any additional raxes or some kind of tech. Slipping in macro?

I understand what happened, but I don't really understand how. Which is my fault, of course. I'm a noob. But I've seen that medic-marine pokeout in pro TvZ like 50 times without incident. But...normally, you'd attack to force units/sunkens, and then retreat to defend muta. Did BByong simply get caught off guard because he wasn't expecting the Mutas out so fast, because 2hatch muta isn't standard?

Also, it annoys me that a ground unit is faster than any other flying units in the game.
Vultures are not cheap, they're free, you pay 75 minerals for 3 mines and get a mine delivery unit free of charge, then you suicide it into your opponent's worker line to free up supply so you can pay 75 minerals for another 3 mines.

FBH looking very calm he's moving his army towards PM's nat now his goliaths still fighting off carriers at 7 oc'lcok, those carriers haven't done jack for PM
meanwhile FBH marches his army into the main uncontested, the crowd claps PM won't last much longer
goons popping out from the gate in the main but they die to goliath/tank fire
carriers return back to the main, FBH running his forces out of the main PM only has his nat, main and 6 o'clock but his 6 o'clock is being dropped by several dropships
WOW storms over the dropships, HT defending that expo really well, only 1 goliath remains alive! carriers arrive to finish it off
FBH dropped 12 gols into PM's last mining base and PM killed 11 with HTs. Very impressive storms but it's not nearly enough since he lost all his probes too...

Perfectman, the point of carriers is that they can attack where there isn't already a big mass of goliaths, allowing you to break stuff until the goliaths arrive, and possibly pick them off as they stream in. You can't bludgeon your way through a wall of goliaths with Carriers unless you're already way ahead.

fbh's counter drops had a lot less invested and dealt just as much damage

His drop play was very clumsy. It should have forced FBH to pull nearly his entire army back, so that PerfectMan could expand a bunch, but he kept losing the shuttles, which cost lots of money and greatly reduced the power of the drops. (Reavers are a lot better when you have a shuttle
He also flubbed the 3 Goliaths + 1 Vessel versus 3 Carriers encounter. He should've been able to clean that up and force those tanks to leave until more Goliaths arrived, which would've let Pman's ground army take the position below his ramp.
