Kinda strange that you would associate Zero with doing constant hydra busts when he has one of the most diverse set of ZvP tricks in his bag. His game against Stork was kind of a pre-empted fake, with very little ling and hydras. It's not like zergs can switch it up immediately upon seeing the cannon count. I doubt the game really encouraged more hydra busts than there already are, since it would come at the price of slower tech and poor economy, unless it was already chosen as a fake.

CJ has to step it up now. They can't afford mistakes anymore so with the back against the wall we'll see what kind of stuff they're made off. Will they falter and fail, like CJ did so many times before?

KT on the other hand is again challenging SKT for the Pro League throne. They won it all last time with players like Tempest taking the wins, why not now with Roo and Hoejja?

Having never watched BW before i have to say that i was pleasently surprised by how entertaining it actually was. Last two matches were rather short but Horang vs hoejja was amazing

Is the zvp metagame slowly fading away from muta first openings in favor of hydra heavy builds? I feel as if zergs are getting too good at defending their ovie from sair with hydras and maybe a spore if needed.

If this trend of zvp hydra busts continues, maybe toss players need to skimp on additional sairs after the initial first one for scouting (unless muta first is scouted), as well as skimping on the +1 air weapons. This could free up the resources for an earlier 3rd and 4th gateway to help keep zealot numbers high enough to defend the bust.

Then again playing like Bisu could also work too.

Just goes to show that CJ needs more good zergs. I hope EffOrt will be in top form by the time he plays again.

I was never a fan of him but I'd like to see CJ dodge more PvZs in the future.

CJ needs Hydra & Movie to be MORE DAMN CLUTCH FFS! Movie is a PvZ beast - can't beat Action in the most important game of the year? Stats is 2-8 v.Z in his last 10 games - too good for Hydra? Snow losing is somewhat acceptable. He's had a rough period for a while now. Horang2 & Leta winning is great. Living up to expectations and staking out the path for the old CJ players to follow.
