A: I'm satisfied with the performance of sasNb, though I'm not happy that we only took 2nd place despite winning all of our CWs. I don't think the point system is too good. Winning only gives 1 point more than losing. Q: How do you feel about being one point behind LRM going into round 2? A: 1 point is not a big lead. It's good that there is not a big gap between teams, players have more motivation and it makes the games more exciting for spectators. Q: What are your expectations for round two of the tournament? A: We have a very good team which can beat any other team. I think as long as we don't run into activity problems we will come out on top of round 2. Q: Does winners league format change the meta-game and strategy applied to the clan wars? A: Since 4-0 gives more points, I think teams with real elite player in their roster will start with him in attempt to get 3 points for an all-kill and teams without a star player may try to snipe that first player. For example i expect that vTv will try to use Scan as their first player in every CW and AoV will try to prepare with a specific build to that map against him. Q: Which player from any team do you expect will come out with the most all Kills? 1) All players, leaders and teams are subject to administrative discretion.
2) All games must be played with Mini Launcher 9.63 or Chaos Launcher
3) All games must be played on Server: Fish
4) Only team leaders are to communicate with the league commissioner over concerns about the league.
5) If a team does not have 6 players show up to a game, yet they find themselves capable of winning 3 sets of the match, they will be allowed to move on to an ACE match, however this can only be used twice during the season per team. Beyond these two games, they will be allowed to play until they run out of players and can no longer continue, if players show up late but do not delay the game, they will be allowed to play with no penalty.
Example: If 4 players show to a clan war, you must win every set or your team will lose by W.O. since you would not have enough players to play a 5th set.
6) There will be no PP games unless otherwise agreed upon by the teams in question.
7) PP matches must be scheduled BEFORE the DAY of the clan war.
8) The Ace match must be played by one of the players who participated in one of the six matches of the day, this player must also have been present at the dedicated CW time zone.(does not apply for winners league)
9) A team may delay the start of the game by a maximum of 15 minutes. Any longer will result in W.O.
10) If a player is found to have IP conflict with another, they will be given 5 minutes to fix the situation, following this, one of the players will be subbed out at administrator's discretion. The team will then have 10 minutes to replace said player.
11) A team may request a 5 minute time out between sets, only one timeout will be attributed per team. Otherwise, all matches will proceed immediately after the finish of the previous one.
12) A total of two pauses will be attributed to each team during the course of a game. If more than two pauses occur, the offending team will be attributed 1 loss for the set where the third pause takes place.
13) Official KeSpA maps must be used.
14) The use of an incorrect map will result in both players being banned from the next two clan wars for their respective teams and the match will be considered a draw.
15) All replays must be submitted to Eywa- on TeamLiquid.Net
16) There will be no BM in pregame lobby whatsoever. (1 Warning per player) Offenders will be disqualified from the game and the set will count as a win for the opposition.
17) There will be no chat in game. (1 Warning per player) Offenders will be disqualified from the game and the match will count as a win for the opposition.
18) At the end of a set both players must type out with "gg". Failure to do so will result in a ban for the team's next clan war.
19) An offensive "gg" will result in the reverse of the set's results.
20) If you have any questions about the rules, you must contact Eywa-, not knowing the rules or misinterpreting them is not an excuse.
21) All players of a team must have identical tags for Clan Wars.
22) A player caught abusing will result in a defeat by default for the abusing player's team and the player will be banned from the league.
23) A minimum of 2 foreigners from each team must participate for each regular season game.
24) A minimum of 4 foreigners from each team must participate for each playoff game.
25) All Roster changes must be sent to Eywa- before the day of a match, otherwise players wont be allowed to participate.
26) An illegal participant will result in the loss of the played set by default.
27) No Smurfs.
28) In the case of a lag conflict, both players must be subbed out.
29) If a player is unable to play due to launcher issues, he will be given 5 minutes to fix his situation, if he cannot, then the player will be subbed out.
30) If a player is entered in two sets of a match, and has launcher issues on both occasions, the second time will count as a W.O and no sub will be allowed. This is so teams cannot abuse getting a sneak peek at the opponent's draw.
31) Any player/manager who has been given a disciplinary ruling is prohibited from flaming in this thread. Failure to abide by this rule will risk further disciplinary action taken on the team

FAQ:
What if I don't have enough players?
- Join with another team or recruit some. If you're already participating in iCCupCL, you almost have enough as it is.
Why does it have to be on Fish Server, why not iCCup?
- It is on Fish because iCCup did not allow it to be hosted and too many people have complained about the cd-key issue.
What if players on my team don't have a valid CD-Key?
- A valid CD Key is about $10-15, if you don't feel like purchasing one, I will find you a key however it'll probably be muted = Good communication with your leader will be needed.
When is first set of games?
- Sunday at 21CET.
Why does the point system not just include wins/losses?
- The addition of sweeps adds another dynamic to the scoring and it does to some extent show off the skill of a team. Since the teams do not play over 50 games as they do in ProLeague, there are not enough different outcomes score wise. Not to mention, with the skill difference between the teams, it also gives good motivation for weaker teams to try extra hard to get that single win.+ Show Spoiler +

Weekends are too packed, although many NA players attended rD tours, so its possible for NA players.

So this is pretty much another clan league with prize money. Nice. Good too see another clan league pop up as long as clans can be in both this one and iccup CL and not have conflicting matches.

I promised I wouldn't allow teams to leave iccupCL for this one if I was allowed to host it on iccup, but as it is, the teams can do what they want. ^^ (obv nothing going to happen for first few seasons)

The organizer mandates which players will be placed in an able position to represent their team. Therefore the best players from each team will play, and it will be more entertaining via stream, vod, and replay for the viewers.

What we have done (that is the [AoV] team), have created a sub-team named [G.AoV], onto which players who wish to participate have signed with the [G.AoV] tag.
Keeps it clean for us- no confusion, well organised, and a definite squad for the league.

I'm going to postpone this first week to Sunday due to certain difficulties. 21CET, will be PMing team leaders tomorrow about the change. I might start off a little lenient on some rules regarding PP and what not just to give rooms a bit of breathing room, then once I see what everyone can cope with I'll make another set of rules more precise to team needs. However, no change to the no BM whatsoever rules.

I have fridays off and work sundays. Also, Sayle can run later casts on Fridays as well. Teams didn't seem to be bothered, just about everyone showed.

Could you also reconsider the extra match you added for each team? It creates a distorted ranking, the hours to play vs vtv are not exactly the easiest to gather players for, and with SL out you now would have a team getting 2x WO and having to wait without a clanwar anyway.

SL obviously wont count. Other than that, I will be remaking the schedule and posting it, extra games may be removed/changed due to this.

Hey, so correct me if I'm wrong, but I have observed that not all teams played an equal amount of matches. The teams that played more matches at the end of the round or season have an unaddressed advantage.
Thus far LRM played 5 matches, sasnb played 5, Gt played 4, AOV played 4, and vTv played 3. Will every team end up playing the same amount of matches before the round is over, or will the points be adjusted to compensate for the fact that not all teams played the same amount of matches?

2) The matches are being played days after, doesn't matter who was there at the specific time. As the rules state, anyone that shows up without disrupting the time which the match is scheduled for will be allowed to play.

vTv's matchup against Gt could very well determine the second place team being as both these teams have won their clan wars against the reigning second place team of sasnb.

Anyhow, no roster changes are allowed, you'll just have to stick out the remainder of the season without Scan or Joekim. Neither of these players will be allowed to participate in any future seasons of the league as leaders or players. If either player is found doing any managing of the Gambit's Cup team for vTv or smurfing into clan wars, the team will be disqualified from season 1 of Gambit's Cup.

For KiDCaNaDa situation : players can finish what they started, we don't have any problems with that. So I don't know why other people would have any problems neither.

Gt took down LRM today in quite an epic clan war. This victory has brought them into a tie for first place, however, in order for them to complete the season in #1 position, LRM would have to lose 4-0 to vTv in their final CW.
In other news, sasnb has clinched their standing in 3rd place for a likely semi-final matchup against Gt, in their last SPL style match, Gt just barely lost in a very tense 7 game series.
vTv and AoV have both also clinched their playoff spots in 4th and fifth respectively. They will go head to head in the quarter finals the winner of this match will most likely have LRM to face in the semi-final.
Playoff dates are listed in the OP and I added a +/- aspect to the standings as a tiebreaker tool.
Good luck to all teams in the playoffs and we hope it will provide some interesting matches.
