Light does a huge drop on Hiya's 5 but Hiya cleans it up quickly. At the same time, he pushes the mid and sets up his line where Hiya previously had one.

Hiya does a huge drop on the 10.5 and 11 as Light tries to intercept it with his fleet of dropships, but has to back off. He puts the physics lab under pressure. Light decides to counter drop on Hiya's 5.5 and 6 bases.
