Stork and Zero are my 2 favourite players. I expect great games and I think Zero will win 3-0 or 3-1. Zero sometimes falters but when they both play at their peak I think Zero's zvp >> Stork's pvz.

I know! its sad that they have to bump each other off. I just hope one of these too win it all.

Blasphemy!!!!!

But I think, Jaedong wouldn't like a double ZvZ either...

(Z)Hydra > (Z)Calm
- Hydra is on fire so winning over Calm shouldn't be a problem. He's 1 game ahead and beat great convincingly yesterday.

(Z)great > (P)Kal
- I'm predicting great, but it's too close to Kal. Both players are very strong. The one Protoss that has the best chances to make it to the semis is Kal.

All Zerg semi-finals looks very possible. But I wonder who could compete vs. Jaedong in a final. Hydra and Stork come to mind. Perhaps Zero.

If you watched recent STX WL games, I think you'd reconsider that position on Kal. This has to be Kal's worst play in the entire year.

TBH Great isn't isn't exactly in shape either. Kal is up 1-0 so he has that advantage and good maps overall, I think he can pull it through which will leave Kal vs. Stork/Zero.

If stork loses to zero...I don't see jaedong losing to anyone in a BO5 ZvZ. Hydra might give him a fight but I don't see him winning

before you bash ZvZ, ZvZ, consider this: The MUs will be JD vs. cannon fodder and Zero vs Great. That's right, Zero vs Great. In a best of 5. With the semi finals on the line. With over a week to prepare any "unique" strategies they might grace us with. That may be the most exciting matchup I can think of, out of all the progamers.

To be honest though, the only Protoss that legitimately has a shot at winning it all is Stork. Snow is probably gonna get bounced by Jaedong, and we all know Kal has like a 0-50 record vs Jaedong or something lopsidedly absurd.

Okay, it's 4-15, but you get the point.

How would Kal vs Jaedong be better than Stork vs Jaedong?

Jaedong would be more likely to win.

The win wouldn't be as glorious though. I think Jaedong himself would prefer Stork.

Great is actually up 1-0. Yet as a great fan i must say I somewhat agree with your assessment. I think Kal vs Great is actually going to be a good Bo5. If we must have a ZvZ finals i would rather it be JvG to see who has the superior ZvZ cause late game between them too would be sweetness.

Firebathero is still the best!

Yeah, without a win against Stork in the final this would be a really meek SL run, though of course you wouldn't be able to fault Jaedong himself for that. He needs to put Stork down to really make it count :p

wow the zero/stork poll is super close. Should I pull a jinro vs idra poll and just vote for zero to try to make it 50/50?!

Lol jk I voted for stork
Sorry Woonjin I know I'm a bad fan, but I love stork and definitely want to see him vs JD finals

Really hoping for Snow/Zero, but I have a feeling I'll be disappointed.

Def. rooting for Snow and ZerO, but it looks like ZerO has the only realistic chances. I think ZerO can take this 3-1

The last time Stork dual-leagued like this he won the OSL vrs Fantasy but lost in the MSL quarter-finals to Kal. I'm hoping to see him win the quarters this time around! Go Storkuuu!

This is a very good point actually. lol, assuming Zero and Great both win... their ZvZ should hopefully not disappoint.

I'm hoping that Stork wins against ZerO, I wanna see him chew up some Zerg in this MSL to prove his vZ playing skills. As for his vT I think that we can all agree on the fact that it's probably one of the best that Protoss have to offer.

It's games like Jaedong vs Yellow and all of ZerO's and Great's hive tech ZvZs that give me hope for an exciting MSL final, if it does turn out to be JvZ
