Ya, I hated him to back when he was reaching fucking bonjwa level, but during his recent slump I started rooting for him. It was just so sad to see him play so far under his potential level. Protoss specifically needs a hero, so go Bisu!

He managed to keep a sizable fleet of Corsairs at all times. That's why he didn't need storms or Goons. He just needed the Archons as back-up for the Sairs.
