You are arguing that the wording in the game should be key to defining the game, Kespa are arguing that the referee initiating the game should be defining. Both arguments are valid. Personally I don't particularly care which definition they use as long as they apply their rules consistently. And really, where they draw the line should be a complete non-issue.
