That's Barrack's name. Hwang means 'yellow'. Byung young means 'barracks'. So they said that the rax Barracks was buildings was Hwang Byung Young.... yellow rax. | ||

It means it hasn't started yet. If their definition is when the start button is pressed, then either the korean version of the text is totally different from the english version of bw or they don't know what "start" means | ||
