PL final used to be two days and decided by super ace. Day 1 had lower attendance than Day 2 last season. It's true that Day 2 is more hype worthy, but Day 1 did rain... 2. One single BO7 is more dramatic. One mistake, like Flash mis-measuring his keyboard to monitor to mouse distance ratio, can decide what those boys get to take home after half a year of hard work. So it's more hype worthy and greater tension. 3. One third of the cost of hosting a BO3.
