this is what happens when you call someone "the hope of protoss" or rank him fifth after a few solid games - one loss with decent play to a genuinely good player and people are "disappointed" or whatever

Snow played well for someone with absolutely no PvZ sense. He had great storms/macro/overall strategy (with the successful secret expo), but poor concept of defense and army composition.

I was a little disappointed too, but  Hyuk's attack and subsequent pressure was a beautiful thing to see. Excellent army composition, he didn't really overdo it on the lurkers, but went almost all-in lair just as  Snow's gateway advantage was starting to come into play, but before it could swing the balance of the battle. It was some nice, somewhat lucky, but fundamentally well executed play from Hyuk, and it made that game really really fun to watch for the duration.

This is pretty correct. Snow's army was a little too dragoon heavy when Hyuk committed.

Yeah and I don't think he can standard beat EffOrt. As long as the Alien checks for the inevitable weird stuff that Boxer and Oov come up with for fantasy he won't lose.
