I guess another ICCUP is superior is no max channel size. And admins can just make it so only admins can talk if they need to get people to not spam.

My 1st round opponent was really bad, he had like 'worse than PC' builds but still knew to pull workers to attack zerglings... made me wonder if a lot of people didn't just spam a ton of accounts and get 1 quick game off on each to maximise their chances of a random key draw.
