About coaching; in any sports, mental strength and confidence will make or break you. Coaches give you that mental power. They help you preparing games, give you pep talks, believe in you etc.
Mechanics and strategy are obviously very important but at progamer level a dominant mindset and confidence in your game will carry you into bonjwa-land.

Coaches are VERY important imo.
