I don't know how Korean age work, but in Chinese, it's you're born as 1 year old, and every New Year you become one year older. If Korea has the same system, then it would make sense that he's 22 Korean years old and 20 international years old.

It's always fun to see new players break out like this. Especially ones like Ace who, as it seems, had to jump over a hurtle or two to break into the scene. Thanks for the translation Kona - these interviews where you get to learn about a totally new player are just so much more stimulating than the bland winners interviews, and even the 20/20's in some cases, depending on the player being interviewed.

His story with his mom sounds so damn similar to XellOs and his mom.
If a child has divorcee parents, does the child take up the name of whoever they live with? For example, if his father was 박 and his mother 정, and they divorced, is that why he is now 정우서 rather than 박준상?
