Leta win alot of ACE match = his teammates suck that the match end up to ACE every single time.
well, not as suck as Jaedong's teammates though
I,m sure Jaedong can score more ACE match if his teammates win at least 1 match

That's cool news for Leta - he's such a vibrant player at the live events and his plays are very concise at times. I really enjoy watching him going for the ace matches.

Oz's record without JD is 80-82
Hite's record without Leta is 92-98.
This shows that Oz generally plays less games than Hite meaning whether they win or lose, it rarely goes to the Ace match.
In terms of depth, I'd say they're pretty close.

It is nice picking out stats like this. If you also look at the standard proleague (not winners league) records, Leta is top of that as well with a 41 - 14 record. You can check out this for the rest.
Very impressive in higher pressure situations though. Looking forward to him hopefully getting that little bit extra (be in different builds or whatnot) that will truely put him into the S-class. I <3 Leta =D

Oz is not deep at all. lomo is really inconsistent and hiya is like 1-9 in his last 10 games
and more than yarnc and type b, it's horang2

idk i think jaedong > leta. its just jaedong is number one so everyone is gunning for him. leta has been floating around under the radar for longer, so when he came busting out he was able to take so many ace matches cause well no one is used to his play style.

I guess that means Hite is an even worse team than Oz if they go to Ace that much.

the problem with these statistics is that if we count all the absolut wins as our major indicator players in teams performing good (winning without needing an ace match) are worse off.
the winning-percentage would be the best indicator, but then people winning and playing only one match would be our bonjwas... those proleague statistics are pretty tricky
Leta nevertheless deserves the first place, playing alot of games and having an awesome win ratio

Win rate may not be the best way to evaluate ACE match performance. For instance, a weak team would generally go to an ace match when facing another weak team... so a good player on a weak team may have an inflated rank because they face weaker competition. I would like to see ACE match ELO rankings, or some similar measure.

why not include who they played against in said ace matches?
why exclude winner's league?
is it really less impressive if you don't try to manipulate the data?
Leta is a sick ace match player, include his matches who he won against and his ace match stats + his overall stats all season long. sure it might not be as impressive to those who crave sensationalist BS, but it will draw attention to him from anyone with half a brain that realizes that winning five ace matches means you're an exceptional player.
i don't mean to attack you kona, but that effort stat annoyed me and this is along that same line.

I think it was too much effort for Fomos to include who they faced in the ace matches.
As for Winner's League, can game 7 really be considered ace match? Let's say you are now 3-3, and only ONE team can send out a player of their choice in the 7th map. Kind of unfair for the other team, unlike normal proleague games where both teams can send out players of their choice.
What's the 10+ and 5+?
