1) My computer has a built-in mic that I can't seem to turn off. If I want to record things from a mic, it automatically gets both of my headset mics and the built-in mic running. The issue here is that it causes a dual-echo-effect that really annoys the crap out of my viewers. No matter what settings I mess with, either on my audio driver, or on my Control Panel >> Sound and Audio Devices, etc I can't get the built-in mic to stop being used. Its a P.O.S and I know its crappy but its over-riding my headset mic which is HQ and works fine if it operates alone. How can I disable my built-in? I'm using Windows 7 64bit Ultimate btw. 2) Livestream Studio "hiccups" or something during my live feeds. On the Studio screen in the Camera Tab, it labels my camera as normal, but will randomly stop my feed. It freezes the stream, and creates a clone of my camera under the same name. The old camera ceases to stream any data, and the new one is the only source of the stream. The only fix to this so far I've found is to actually exit out of the game, delete all the clone cameras and then re-cue the last clone camera to start the feed again. This is incredibly annoying because I can be right in the middle of a tutorial, or in the middle of casting a tournament/OSL/MSL, and the feed just cuts out. Is there any fix for this? Could this be because of my Dynamic IP and the studio is reading it as a feed from a different system? Thanks in advance for responses.

In FMLE, I only have 3 devices to choose from for audio, which are Microphone Array, Line-in/Microphone Array, and Rec. Playback. I assumed that the third one was what I needed selected in order for audio to work, but when I chose it I'd get the error message "audio format provided by audio capture device not supported by this application", and I can't go live if I do have it selected. Actually apparently Rec. Playback is the Stereo Mix. But as I said before, FMLE won't let me use it because it says the audio format is not provided.. how to fix? Whats wrong? edit: This is the errors i get now: 1. audio format provided by audio capture device is not supported by this application 2. please verify that the video capture device is working correctly or in not already in use. apparently a problem that hasnt been solved yet

First, try restarting your computer. Second, try closing any programs that might be using Camtasia as a video source and then restart again (this time making sure that said program is not running). What tends to happen is if there is a program (like Skype) that also uses Camtasia, you're going to get a screen that's 320x240. So try that.

I'm not sure what is causing this or how to fix it. Let me know what detailed info you may need to help me out. Windows Vista Camtasia 5.1 Adobe FMLE 3.2 I remember I had this problem as well. I don't remember exactly, but the trick is that you have to turn the programs on in a specific order... such as: 1. Start Recording 2. Start FMLE 3. Start Broadcast Something like that. Play around with the order in which you start the streaming devices, and then you should be able to get the camera right. It took me a while, sorry that I don't remember the order though t.t. hope it helps, gl
