It's offline. How to fix this problem? :S Thanks in advance. You are able to connect but it keeps getting disconnected. This could be your network problem, it could be a problem on livestream's end, it could be your connection to their servers. Well, how exactly would you fix this network problem ? :/ I still have some troubles trying to connect to livestream and do not know what to do in order to fix it. I've been getting the same problem and I've read through the thread but I still haven't been able to find a solution to this problem.

I'm having trouble with my audio. I can get my mic working, but I want to stream the gamesounds rather than the microphone. The only options I have in camtasia and FLME for device are mic and line in, both of which result in streaming mic sounds. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Try going to Control Panel -> Sounds and Audio Devices -> Audio -> Under Sound Recording click Volume -> Instead of Microphone choose Stereo Mix or What You Hear Is What You Get (something like that, depends on your audio card).
These are instructions for WinXP, should be similar for Win7 too.

As long as I eventually see your name under Live User Streams I'm happy ^^ (with BW in square brackets mind you!).

Maybe I'm just a straight up noob, but any thoughts on Adobe FMLE not being able to detect Camtasia (7)?
"No video capture device detected. Flash Media Live Encoder requires a video capture device to be connected and properly installed."
Note: If I plug in my webcam, it can detect that so...

You installed a version of camtasia without live capture support. They removed it in the later versions cause it was already buggy in the earlier versions afaik.
You need the buggy earlier version though, since it's the only thing that'll live capture BW in full screen.

So because of Windows 7, I'm forced to play in window mode 2x mode now. Obviously, this means that I'll have to change the settings in Adobe FMLE, but what are the optimal settings that I should set it to? I'm not sure what the settings should be.

What's wrong with windows 7? I wouldn't want to stream window 2x since thats 1280x960 resolution.

I think he's talking about the Win7 BW locking up problems.

There's no fix to it besides playing it in Window mode. Setting affinity to 0/ checking compatibility options/killing explorer.exe all doesn't work and it's too much of a hassle to install a new OS so I'd like to figure out how to stream in Window 2x.

i dont understand, are you trying to stream SC2 or SC1? If you're trying to stream sc2 you need a beast of a computer. TO give you some perspective, i can run SC2 on high settings with only a little bit of lag, but if i try to stream sc2, i have to set everything to low and even then it screws my computer over and is really hard to play.
Your upload is fine, basically sounds like your computer needs upgrading. Video processing is intensive man

Video processing is intensive man Trying to stream sc1. i also just found out that i got 3 mails from livestream saying error: streaming at a bitrate over 500kbps. Does this have something to do with it and if so how do i fix this? don't stream over 500kbps looool
make sure audio + video bitrate doesn't exceed 500
