I attended the first All Star Fomos/OGN Race War event tonight - it was Terran vs Zerg with Nada/Leta/Flash/Hwasin against YarnC/Luxury (I'm not calling him Practice!)/JulyZerg/SaviOr.

I ended up camping out behind the right side speaker (one of the ones you can see sitting at the bottom of the stairs players come down off of the stage from after matches.) for almost two hours to take shots of the Terrans - so yes, this post is totally biased.

(Apologies for the total lack of Park Myungsoo photos - don't expect any photos any time soon and please don't ask for them thanks ^^ )

Anyway, enjoy and please check out part two when it's released tomorrow.

I couldn't believe Nada is 8 years older than Flash. The two "child labor" Terrans look like they were highschool classmates something. Both are cutie!

These pictures are great. July makes me laugh so much for some reason... Dude is so rad, fat, and awesome. The age range truly is pretty amazing in Starcraft and how freaking good young players can be.

I don't have it in high res, but the collection idea is a good one. I'll do it when I have some spare time at an event.

Sort of - Nada kept puffing out his cheeks after he won his matches. Which of course made him look as Emlary said - more like Flash's schoolmate than someone who is my age (*feels old*)

Oh my gosh. Hwasin is so photogenic - not to say he's not goodlooking live either but damn. He definitely photographs well...

Thank you for the many terran shots! I was a huge fan of 3 out of the 4 but after last night I am now officially a fan of all 4 hehe

There's a story (well a couple of facts anyway.) behind both those photos. Jaeyoon usually has pretty chapped lips (poor guy) so the make up artists went a bit lipgloss crazy last night. It looked kind of odd seeing it on him. It's more usual for more feminine looking players like Hwasin or Seiya.

As for the booth shot - there was something wrong with the sound in the playback section so he was probably wondering why everyone (including his team.) suddenly looked so amused!

Yeah, Hwasin is one of my favourite gamers to photograph. He's so pretty you really don't need to do much to get a good shot. The same goes for people like Min Chanki (Ruby from MBC Heroes.) and Sangwoo (Seiya from eSTRO.)

As far as I can tell after teaching the kids for three months, some sort of drawing/art class seems to be required in Korean schools - at all events most of the kids can draw well enough to make about 80% of DA green with envy.

The fact that they decide to draw on their textbooks instead of working is of course the problem with this...

The problem is my current lens doesn't really zoom *out* very well - hence my preference towards close up shots. I'll practice when the crew are at lunch some time and see what I can come up with.
