I think the website would look better without the blue glowlight effect in the background. It detracts from the main centerpiece because it's the same color and it makes me wince because there's so much bright blue. Personally, I think even black would look great as a background.

Nimue is a student. I am a student. We are both working hard, and spending a bunch of time to organize the class. I mean, hell, we don't go complaining to the TL staff saying WTF WERE'S OURRR TSL2!11!!!!11!!OMG! TL STAFF DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN THEIR FREE TIMEEEEEE
Nimue was already busy organizing one league, and having to find people, and send out more people for another league that sure, maybe has more recognition because of Xeris' credentials, but includes fewer colleges, wasn't in his time schedule. I talked to him about it, and either me or Lore can help organize it for Berkeley.

Dude we're all students too. Xeris taking like seven classes and I'm hard at work on the pre-med track. Nobody is discounting how busy you guys are, but seeing as how Nimue already committed to doing this, backing out of this is kind of ridiculous. I'm glad that you guys are back in though...we knew one of the difficulties going in was finding people who had the time and who were willing to work at making this a success.

makes more sense to me that nimue didnt want berk to be part of this. volunteering then ignoring is a good way to do that. its quite selfish, and if its the case he needs to realize that he can't make decisions for other people.
if its simply a lack of time, then i refer to what centric said, dont say shit u cant commit to.

all I got from this post is "wha wha wha"! =p
but in all honesty - Berkeley is a good school and the league wouldn't be the same without it. also having a league with only 5 teams kinda sucks, so Berkeley's participation is fairly crucial. somehow 6 looks better than 5, since now we can have 3 matches per week at least.
