I misinterpreted the "update" and assumed you were updating chaosplugin as well with some of the things you said you were working on in that "suggest a plugin for me to make" thread (i.e. FPReps, dashed circle around selected units, etc)  | ||

No it was someone else, some one I wasn't familiar with, but they apparently knew how to program and wanted to make plugins and needed suggestions. However, tec27 and MoC posted a bunch on that thread. | ||

So probably it is an adminaccount related problem. So try giving Chaoslauncher.exe adminrights. You can do that in the properties of the file in Vista. | ||

what i'm getting is that my opponent must also be using chaos launcher, and that LL1 is almost lag free like single palyer? | ||

But most functions work without admin privilegues, and if I do that they are required(if the user does not override it, which is complicated). The Diagnose-Button in the settings tab gives a warning when the user has no adminrights. But I might show a warning when starting SC. I hope more plugins will work without adminprivs when the new launcher version is finished which does the injection itself. edit: Next version will show a warning which can be deactivated in the settings-tab. | ||

I enabled the plugin on the chaosalert program screen and checked "run if incompatible" When I press "start" on the launcher, it loads BW up fine but it gives me the following error: "couldnt find SC process: error code 5". After I press ok on that error box, another box pops up and says "Error in applypatch in C:/program files/starcraft/chaoslauncher//apmalert.bwl" | ||
