I must be completely wrong, i thought shuttle has been notoriously good since out of the military, especially against z (as usual).

If we exclude first couple of weeks when Shuttle came back, he still has 40% winrate. Last month it was something like 43%. Yes, his best matchup is pvz with something like 44%. Given the ammount of games Shuttle grinds, it is not good.
