The interpretation is the numbers corresponds to a player, so hes allied to himself and one other ally.
This is a test game where i unally one player but keep the vision, then it looks like this:
If we go by BGH map we got this:
where he (lingsout) is 1 and the ally is 7. Im by this 6.
what this means then is he went into diplomacy window 3 more times to double check i was unallied/unvisioned:
Notice all players are selected and noone else did this.
Clicking Cancel when in diplomacy screen probably doesnt trigger an event while clicking OK does.
Which i confirmed by doing 3 cancels followed by 3 ok's followed by unclicking allied victory and more ok's:

@D3AD-R3TARD Did you even think or care why I left the game? It's a bit strong punishment for leaving the game just once, don't you think so? The reason is that player Praxo is leaving from every game too early, during the game, when the game is not decided yet and no-one wants to play with him. Ask another players about it. And then he just put here one screenshot and you are magically convinced about it. So if it is like that, how will you punish this guy, Praxo, who is wasting time for another 5 people repeatedly, in many, many games? You don't care?

7:57 cet, just got kicked from mmr game and it removed all games but one. Why?
Why not have this as standard behaviour instead of massing out games?

Correction: the numbers are slot IDs the player is allied to (or shared vision with). The slot IDs are listed on the Players tab.
The above commands set alliance and shared vision with lingsout (himself) and PyroGX, and unallied with / removed vision from SuperSvensken.

There is always a moment to leave the lobby if you are not happy with balancing. Leaving the lobby after balancing breaks the game and wastes people time. This rule has been used many times.

NewOcean here explaining my point of view:
Brown - ingame Ildrionan - didn't do anything for multiple minutes. I was asking him to engage the enemy while he didn't build any army, didn't communicate and just didn't do anything. As I paused and said that brown is afk and I want to wait, the enemy told me that he is known for being known for such behaviour and that he had shown the same behaviour in the games before.
Devastated by losing a 3v2 (we took one out - lost his base, had to rebuild) because one person contributed nothing to the game I conceded.
As a sidenote. He ruined multiple games before and thereafter showing absolute an absolute horrible behaviour.

12 is whose base? Why you don't say 12 is barcode base?
Attacking ally building in one's base is allowed, so not subject to ban.
+ I gave you 15 minutes but you never tried to go independent, not even making drones. (Your control used at 14 min is 6/24 and 4 drones // but at 28 min is 4/18 and 3 drones. It means you totally did nothing for 15 mins.)
+ When you report somebody, disclose full story, not only for things you would like to say.

Gotta say I think if a zerg player rebuilds their base inside my base after getting killed and they expect to rebuild based on taking part of my income, then I'm inclined to think that they are hurting me (and the team) more than they are helping, because the creep steals important building space and they won't actually be able to contribute with anything worthwhile until they possibly maybe get a hive going - but it's not like the zerg players who rebuild in your base will ever rush for defilers in an attempt to contribute in a meaningful manner with a very low resource count.
Killing such a hatchery strikes me as a winning move. It's way different from if a protoss player builds a pylon in your base because they want to stay in the game - in that case, killing them is a dick move, but creep spreading everywhere is a real hinderance.
If you took the natural and he killed that, that's also different.

Hey admin, now I'm just curious regarding this rule: you can deny mining from your base as a result you can kill your teammate's workers...if he made a base in your base not only you deny him to mining you can also kill his base?
Can you make that clear, please?
