I dont buy that as there is delay from the point of full game to balance to leave msg to dont leave msg to start of game, plus 2 secs of countdown where the guy actually left.
If it is as you say he would have left at once when barcode was in game which he surely didnt.

The ping color in the lobby is not absolute, but relative and varies from user to user.

A player who lag (have unstable connection) will see everyone else as lagging because he himself is the lagger.
5 players to lagger > the lagger is yellow/red.
lagger to 5 players > the 5 players are yellow/red.
green/yellow/red is simply ping numbers that are updated like every 2-3 secs. Its possible to have stable ping for like a second just as this check is done and be constant green if ure lucky, but most of the time the ping test will be done when you actually have a problem and show yellow/red. If ping would be a number updated every second it would be better but we have what we have.
As an example if i go NA server i see close to everyone as yellow, meaning i have high ping towards them, im the anomaly not them.
This is why WIFI or mobile 4g network is bad for pings and also causes a lot of hiccups during the game with TR16/LOW.
The fix is use a cable or call your ISP and ask for help with the network responsiveness.
And for those who say: Well just change to XHIGH or TR12 or lower.. Go play another game with less skill. Literally NOONE wants a 1 second response time on your commands.

No the ping colors surely are absolute, there is no yellow/red is GOOD for someone else. Yellow/Red will always mean bad ping and is not relative.
What you are talking about is you have good connection between you and bot, but that doesnt help the end result at all, if you are YELLOW to everyone else, there is a problem.
Its been shown multiple times it doesnt matter who created the game, everyone needs to have good ping to one another or there will be an issue. Anyone who played 100 games should know this by now.
