I am signing up as an assistant coach this season because I want to dial back the amount of time/effort im putting into CPL each season, while still contributing as a coach. The way team sizes keep expanding doesnt fit with the coaching style I prefer, and I would rather focus on those students who want to go far and are putting in the effort to improve on their own too. | ||
