Commentary that only tells you what's happening sucks in general, whether it has enthusiasm or a post-pubescent voice or in Korean. I'm not blind, I can see the game. Commentators need to talk about buildorder matchups, speculate the reasons behind desiscions, positional advantages, and how to play better in the given situation.

Hasuwar is still #1 in my opinion.

Also, the korean commentary was live, wasnt it? The english version, uh - not so live. Different feel to it if you already know what happens.

mmmm his commentating isn't THAT bad. he over-exaggerated the carriers though. and the gg. lol i got shivers on the gg. so loud XP. although i actually understand this commentating i think i still like the korean commentating better even though korean being gibberish to me =P

If you guys really want me to go in-depth about the game and strategies, I can do that as well. I don't watch the games before anyways, except when I had just started. Meh, I have watched NonY and Day's commentary on the Bisu vs Savior and also Tasteless during the WCG's. I got most of my influence from Tasteless, he only goes through basic strategies ie:

'in the game of Starcraft everything is based on timing and economy'
'the more factories he has, the more units he will be able to produce'

And mostly he just reports whats going on, but he has some help from djwheat.

In the NonY and Day commentary, they had already watched the game and knew what was going on, so were able to go all the way in to tell what's going on and why the players decided what they were doing, etc.

I can do a combination of both if you want! I don't have the best knowledge of the game other than Zerg because that is personally what I play, so sometimes I get some strategies/reasonings wrong, so that's a bit why I'm a little hesitant in that area atm. Thanks for all the nice comments, everyone, though!

Edit: Btw, I'm 14. I don't sound like it at all and all my friends make fun of me at school T_T

Also, I can't know but most of the people seem to want strategy discussion a little more, though the creator of this thread and KizZBG (that I know off) both like the yelling XD
