For example, does the fact that more Terrans make up the initial pool mean that on balanced maps, that same percentage of Terrans should qualify? Or, should a 1/3rd split of the races entail balance when we're talking about the cream of the crop of each race that manages to qualify? I don't think there's a way to resolve that. | ||
