And my alternative service begins Summer, 2018. Yes, and even from there you aren't allowed to stream. Fantasy is in civil service, he might be playing but he is not allowed to stream. I guess it has to do with something in the military penal code due to security, etc.
That's interesting. I know that Polt (sc2 player) is able to stream and he's in the military. Wonder why he's allowed but others aren't.

They cant stream or have other job which makes money.
But only someone who have economic problem, then government approve it.

Yesterday Stork's streaming, Stork said that AI amde by facebook will participate in this match.

Because Polt isn't in the military. He's actually in the Civil Service, and so doesn't have the same restrictions as military personnel does. Fantasy and I believe Hydra are also in the Civil Service.
Polt also got special permission from his superiors to be able to stream.
