It means 'polite', 'kind'...etc. well... It is paradox lol @Bigfan It is not true. After 2012, Stork invested 700,000,000 won in some company's stock. (about 700,000 $). And this company collapsed and he lost his money all. So he thought suicide and went psychiatry during SC2 gamer. So korean government decide to send him to civil office instead Army. This is the reason why he cant go army. But he cant stream while he work in civil office. It is illegal. And it is 24 months. Usually most army duty is 21 months @chris havoc Yes

Also, they could not have a marriage ceremony till last year (that was held with the help of Afreeca and Blizzard) because he lost $700K in the stock market.

I'm no expert on Korean taxation laws but I suspect this might be a reason for stock market investments. It's unclear to me if Stork invested in stock or directly funded this company, but it certainly seems like poor choices were made on both sides.
