Incidentally, I do have my own list of recommended games that draws on this thread as one of several sources. I haven't linked it because I have yet to watch and recommend games from a number of my sources (e.g. the GOMTV S2 Ro16 onward, about 70 pages worth of this thread, the "100 best games aired on MBC" list, etc.), but if you're bored, it's at http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AlQ6USbMU5XqdFZFVFVXVDlYc0ZWdUlFQmhFSmo0NGc&hl=en , and I personally vouch for all the games therein. I add new games to it every Monday.

I'd say continue to post recommended games from LR threads (I think that's a really useful service, since I usually go to LR threads to look for recommended games after this thread anyway) but under a heading like "From MBC-STX LR thread:". But you are already good about pointing out where the VODs you link are from, and surely the "bad recommendations" criticisms aren't directed at you.
Re your spreadsheet: holy crap is this awesome. Keep updating! My favorite part is that you have a column with game descriptions, so I can pick and choose easier. Really cool. I'm going to link it from TL's twitter account.
Thanks for the kind words about the spreadsheet. My descriptions are pretty vague because I try not to spoil the games. I'll keep updating it weekly. Since it's not possible for other people to sort any of the columns, if anyone wants to know what games I link each week, feel free to copy the data somewhere else and re-sort by the last column--for example, in the past month I've been catching up on recommending games from the GOMTV Classic season 2. Anyway, anybody's welcome to repost the link, as I'm happy to have people make use of it. So far I've mostly maintained it for the folks on Shacknews.com, where I have an account and post about each game I recommend.
Anyway, since you suggest I continue, here are the recommended games from last night's MSL LR threads. I repeat, though, that I'll stop linking these if other people are really annoyed by them.
recomending the day[9] livecast of the OSL day 2, some of the games were great, but everything is amazing with a bit of day[9] in it! includes several from this thread, movie vs go.go, yarnac vs pure, effort vs shine, i assume stork vs type-b will be coming up, i'm watching atm, glad to see that stork vs type-b is recommended!
EDIT: if you thought stork vs type-b was good, try it with bearsemen! so epic
Well, we now know that hydras were involved - so it's not some weird 5pool or proxygates cheese leading to a 5 minute game... Some people are picky about stuff like that.
Although I do see their point, notice how the criticism about low post users come from low post users themselves. It's not your fault that people are recommending vods that 'rise our expectations and completely fail to fill them'.
Zerodpx, I really appreciate how you put the videos people mention, even if they recommend 'mediocre games'. Nothing annoys me more when people recommend a game and don't bother to include a link to the video. It's even worse when they add a spoiler and I'm thinking "hey maybe it's the game link", but then it's not.
Totally amazing with flash playing risky.... i almost shat in my pants
Why the hell is this a recommended game? One well-timed attack, no more no less.
You must have missed how flash's superb scouting allowed him to go for a more economical build, skipping the early marines in favor of scvs and getting the second barracks that much quicker, allowing him to make that timing attack that exploited the tiny window. If the attack was a few seconds later, kwanro would have had time to get that 2nd sunken up which would have smashed flash's army like it was nothing, since there was only one medic there. It was an exquisite display of game sense, timing and micro that characterizes earlier periods of starcraft and was reminiscent of boxer's reign as emperor.

it's not about low posts user ZeroDPX always states the vods are from LR threads recommendations. Since people's tastes, insight, knowledge etc vary a lot, it's understandable why there's a lot of whining.
The whines are the problem.
Just recommend a game, then you can put a spoiler tag for your reasons; reply seconding a recommendation or state you don't recommend it and preferably with your reasons in a spoiler tag.
BTW
SK vs STX I didn't watch the first game, but the rest of the series is good. Set 3 is baller.
