This is one of the closest zvt's I've ever seen. You can't be sure who's winning until the very end. Very nice defiler usage by ZerO, bringing us back to the GGPlay vs Iris final.
Personally, I think all of the OSL games from last night are worth watcing: it's the OSL, after all, and all of them had at least something interesting about them. Plus, the aggregate length is quite short for four games, so it's not a huge investment of time.
Anyway, here are some brief descriptions so you can decide for yourself what you want to watch. Spoilered all of them, even the non-spoiler ones, just in case anyone likes to watch a game without knowing anything at all about it. If a spoiler spoils the winner, it's because the game was so one-sided that knowing in advance who wins shouldn't even make a difference to whether you find the game interesting.
Short and exciting. As is becoming standard for him, Pusan opens with something non-standard. Jaedong, of course, is Jaedong. Very tense game, but decided quickly.
Also, the Dong makes a hilarious misstep near the beginning of the game. Worth watching just for that, although its overall impact on the game was minimal.
A little boring at first, but from the mid-game on, it becomes a really, really good TvZ/ZvT. Although it seems one-sided at first, as the game progresses, it becomes harder and harder to decide who's ahead. I changed my mind several times, and wasn't absolutely sure until the very end.
Features gosu vessel and defiler micro (by different sides, obviously), as well as some uncommon units. Definitely worth watching.
Probably the most strategic of their races' top players face off. As expected, at least one side takes an interesting approach to the game. However, it fails spectacularly.
To be honest, this was my least favorite of the games tonight.+ Show Spoiler +
The losing side took some risks and when the flop didn't go his way, he just pushed all his chips in instead of backing down and trying to regroup. Result: utter rape.
Utter, utter domination by Flash, using his new approach of unpredictably timed M & M attacks backed by good micro. Worth watching to see how quickly the game goes from "seems relatively standard" to "it's over?". The scariest part is that this was in no way an all-in, but it was just as destructive. Flash's TvZ is looking ridiculously good these days, which should benefit him in this OSL.
Alternatively: If you like short games, cheese, and/or micro, watch: + Show Spoiler +
Jaedong vs. Pusan
If you like back-and-forth, close games, and/or micro, watch: + Show Spoiler +
Flash vs. Kwanro. You might also watch Calm vs. Fantasy, but I think the first game is a better example of the winner's play being the biggest factor in the game's outcome, rather than the loser's play.
I think the best game of the lot was Hwasin vs. Zero, but they all had at least something to recommend them.
All games are up on Baezzi's channel already; I'd link the VODs directly, but it's too much trouble, seeing as my secondary mouse button is broken.
Fuck yes, I love this guy... Look at the expression on his face!
yup... his "ok, i won" face is too much fun

Ah, but such a well-timed attack.
well, not everyone apreciates such thing (and others, like good scouting and preventing being scouted, map control etc). Just like when i recommended JD vs Bisu from WCG09 and tons of people complained. But for a better understanding, I recommend watching Day[9] daily #0018 (and all his work). Just look for his post in the Broodwar section
Cmon guys, am I the only one who feels that this thread has fallen quite apart? It was created for games that stand far out from the average and are worth watching. Last few pages there's just too many games that don't match the quality level that was set in past. Why do some (usually low post) users need to post games from every playday with bold comments (u won't regret it, best game i've ever seen etc.), rise our expectations and completely fail to fill them?
I feel like we need recommended vods from recommended vods thread Or maybe I should only watch games recommended by trustworthy users (but what if someone passes them). Maybe I'm little harsh here, but it's quite frustrating when u have like hour of time in week and spend it watching sub par games. </rant>
Edit: Forgot to say, if you want the better games from specific playday, just look into LR thread. Only the best games belong here. And yea, it's really great idea to post 25 minutes long bad games just for the fail, funny face or whatever without even giving some time mark...

no, you are not.
I agree, and I think the solution is more specific match descriptions. People have different tastes in VODs, but if each one in this thread is described with something more useful than "best game ever!!11" we'll each be able to pick and choose what looks good.
So: if you post a VOD in this thread that isn't obviously epic, please explain why it's here!
I'm happy to stop posting recommendations from the battle reports. I just try to link VODs for games that other people mention as recommendations, to save people the hassle of going and finding them. I can easily continue to do that but only for games others have already mentioned in this thread, if that will help people not feel so overloaded.
Incidentally, I do have my own list of recommended games that draws on this thread as one of several sources. I haven't linked it because I have yet to watch and recommend games from a number of my sources (e.g. the GOMTV S2 Ro16 onward, about 70 pages worth of this thread, the "100 best games aired on MBC" list, etc.), but if you're bored, it's at http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AlQ6USbMU5XqdFZFVFVXVDlYc0ZWdUlFQmhFSmo0NGc&hl=en , and I personally vouch for all the games therein. I add new games to it every Monday.
