nothing has been said yet, but if it has, they should also increase the player pool to atleast 24 and seed the top 4 from the VNSL in the Ro16, which happens to contain both Bisu and ZerO the two people who have expressed doubt about participating, pretty much guaranteeing their participation.
of course rescheduling is going to be hard at this point.

Woo! I'm really glad this is finally announced. I hope BW can rebuild the momentum we had earlier this year. It was so awesome to see so many people watching BW on Twitch, Tasteless & Artosis, Brood War trending on Twitter them announcing TWO leagues for 2016 ....and then the drought of nothing.
Oh well, enough of the whining, I'm excited for the future! I hope the schedule is nice enough for Bisudagger & xkcd can cast a lot of it.
