The stream matches prove to me that in practice, Progamers are 99% neck-and-neck to each other in terms of skill and mechanics (disregarding matchups). But very few can consistently show the 1% in offline matches and tournaments. The people who do those things are champions.

This one is 400 balloons each. It differs all the time. I've seen someone give 2000 balloons each in 4v4. 8000 balloons total.

Yeah use afreeca.tv (Global One). Afreeca.tv streams Flash Jaedong Stork Bisu and NaDa. Afreeca.tv works a lot better for foreigners.

No, it's the bottom right of the actual video player. Next to cinema mode and fullscreen. The options are in English.
