I don't know. I know that some of my friends do that so that their name is more separate from the clan tag to make it more "visible".
Anytime[gm] doesn't accent the "Anytime" as much as Anytime..[gm]

In Savior's case probably because he is simply too good for any clan tag and wanted to separate himself.
Isn't the ".." just for fancy show. I mean, in the old days,before they had illegal characters, people just tried to make sexy names, like [3.33]Tester-(Z) or whatever, and one I liked that my friend had was [3.33]['erran.
They just do it to look sexy I'd think, just like the old [GSP]+____+Jju and [GSP]+____+Chojja or w/e the hell they were.

Well, I think they all joined [gm] for the sake of having a tag that stands for GoodManner, possibly the first clan they joined / liked, as well as the social feeling. I've heard [gm] and ArtOf has a lot of socially outgoing players, skill aside ^.^;;

koreans are notorious for being clan hoppers (at least they used to be) they probably were just all in gm and then turned out to be really good, or they were really good and then recruited.
Midas was in [gm] way before he was "known" on a largescale
