[offtopic..] + Show Spoiler + I really do feel that proleagues should feature more matches per season so that the new players can get some exposure, and also maybe more variety of play can be introduced. Also just the fact that very rarely do starcraft matches give consistent results based on expectations, the game seems more suited to a baseball game than a football game, (based on win ratio variance) so a longer season is pretty much necessary to make the result statistically meaningful in terms of team strength. Another thing is that the practice time for proleague is almost entirely due to how much time is given between matches. They practice because their opponents practice, and the length of practice time is not going to affect the quality of games that the audience sees more so than how well they slept the day before. The time spent on preparations seems to highlight the amount of pressure that is put on these players, since there are so few games. There are probably logistical and financial concerns that override any of the above ideas, but I think it is something to be considered. Dont know where to put this, so just ignore it. | ||

It started at 3am (local eastern) but the first match wasn't until 4....i mean this isn't the fucking olympics! I think Wayne Brady needs to slap a bitch at KESPA. | ||
