I do want to push you guys towards one player in particular who isn't getting a lot of viewers: Kal. Kal has been streaming lately, and unlike the rest of the ex-pros who screw around constantly, Kal is usually 1v1ing. He'll pick fights with anyone and win. He keeps killing it with great micro engagements vs the rest of the Korean lineup. My favorite series so far was probably his 3-game match against FireBatHero where I was watching both sides, but even when he's playing randoms on ladder I find his games enjoyable. And he's still Kal. Better still, Kal doesn't act out for attention or yell into the microphone after every donation. He's just a chill and somewhat quiet player who wins a lot. So of course he has zero viewers. Unless your name is Flash, you can't be a popular streamer if you're not fake crying every time you get five dollars. For some of you, "Kal" is that sound your mouth makes after you're done naming the other five Dragons. He's "Umm... Kal." Which is so unfortunate, because he was one of my favorites. =) | ||
