4. 而活动的预算原先定的是20万，但现在算下来已经翻了好几倍，特别是最近几天，花钱眼都不眨了，只为让现场以及网上看直播的观众们尽可能地舒服The budget is ￥200,000rmb.But many times of ￥200,000rmb have been spended these days.We just do it for audience online and offline.

5. 其实钱能解决的事情，并不是最难的事情，有许多大家可能从没想到过的问题，每天在困扰着PLU团队，我随便举几个场务方面的例子吧：So money is not the biggest problem,there are more problem than that.Such as:

论坛上有人说：为什么有水友大老远跑过来，没有门票了，你们不能加个凳子，或者站着看也可以啊。Some audiences fly 2000km and have no tickets.
你觉得我们是傻逼吗？我们一边费劲心力和大家一起来完成这个梦想，一边却很冷漠地对待这种热情的观众吗？
开动一下你的大脑，或许你能想到为什么。尽管如此，我们还是要准备多个方案。We are working on the problem.

论坛上有人说：为什么你们说免费入场，又要淘宝上预约门票，为什么VIP区就不能免费入场。Some audiences ask why it says free come in but they have to buy a ticket.
请开动一下你的大脑，再仔细想想原因，如果你只能想到赚门票钱的话，我只想对你说，即使全场800个位子全部卖光，并且没有一个人退款，也收不回一半成本。况且VIP区坐的大多数都是直接邀请的嘉宾座位。Tickets can be reverse to money（reinbursing） on 8-17.Tickets are not for money but counting offline audiences.Vip zone is for guests invited but not for audiences who have tickets.

刚才说到进场，1个小时的进场时间，要过800个人，你们算算每分钟要过几个人，并且同时还要发礼包，办理退款，拍照，画海报等等Over 800 come in a hall in 1 hours.Delivering gift for everyone ,reinbursing for everyone, photographing, drawing playbill...So it will busy.
昨天刚刚在解决的是，下半场开始前，800人的吃晚饭问题，FD大笔一挥，晚饭PLU请，每人免费一个套餐。OK，24000块的饭钱不是大事，但800人不能在场馆内吃饭，要到哪里吃？How 800+people feed themseves at supper? PLU will buy a supper for everyone.
吃完饭之后，许多人不看下半场，回去了，现场空荡荡怎么办？
诸如此类的问题让工作人员想破了脑袋

其中最搞笑的一个问题是，晚饭我们要订800份饭吗？首先，下半场的时候肯定会有观众已经走了，即使只走了100人，那么多订的100份饭只能倒掉，如果订600份吧，万一现场还有650位观众，那么有50人就要饿肚子，你临时去外面订50份都没地方订，况且场地方也不会允许你带进来。

诸如此类的各种问题等等，这还仅仅只是现场的问题，其他部门例如，FD要求要采集现场观众声音，用于之后剪辑制作演唱会水准的纪念DVD，这设备......

一方面我深深赞许现在PLU团队组织大型活动的能力和经验，另一方面也在这里给现场观众们打个招呼：如若真的有招待不周的地方，兄弟们，请多包含。

许多人都在说这是最后一次，我很怕听到这句话，但至少我们要抱着最后一次的心态去做这么一件人生中很有意义的事情。

So the bad news is that the host told me they were not able to secure a wifi connection for me tomorrow so I may not be able to update this thread as often as I wished. However, they confirmed that they have arranged post-games interviews so feel free to post questions here.
