they probably acquired one. Sonic has been getting a license for any tourney above a certain prize pool threshold. And regarding Bisu while he did say in his DES interview that he wants some time to rest (possible hinting at army?) lately he's been streaming and playing quite often. It's almost as if his pride is hurt from losing to the other players in sponsor matches and his competitive spirit is being rekindled +_+ lol
