Regarding Zerg ex-pros, I would like to see what maGma / 박문기 is up too. I heard this guy was as good as Jaedong in practice. Anyone can verify this?

Makes sense to make the most out of the studio I guess. 2 weeks is very ambitious, must have a sponsor lined up too in that case. But if we didn't get an SSL we'd just have another SRT anyway, mind as well do the SSL and have more people in the tournament. My only concern is that it gives people like Free and Iris less time to practice, and we all know how Iris completely bombed in his last entry. I have more confidence in Free (and Snow) than I do in Iris. Either way it's really nice to see both Snow and Iris back. As a side note, the Afreeca BW viewers are spread a little thinner with the new entrants.

I know that they have ads when you load up a stream.

No idea, but most streamers probably make the bulk of their money from donations anyway. On February 26 2014 16:10 JohnChoi wrote: Movie's condition is not so good so he can't play in SPL tonight. So for today only CJ is going to be using snow as a replacement. source: afreeca Oooohh sneak preview.

Anyone can verify this? I'm not sure if you're trolling or not. I think he got really hyped as a joke or either hyped himself, because he had a pretty big mouth. In the Lost Saga MSL 2009 group selections he put himself in a group with Bisu during the group selection. + Show Spoiler + Can anyone verify this? He ended up getting knocked out in the first round either way. Also regarding the league. Watching the group selections was far more entertaining than watching the finals.

He ended up getting knocked out in the first round either way. Also regarding the league. Watching the group selections was far more entertaining than watching the finals. I was aware of the hype preceding the MSL selection ceremony, however, I believe that was completely separate from the issue: I watched an English cast, by Cholera, where he mentioned that maGma was supposedly as good as Jaedong in practice, but had severe problems adjusting to the live stage - similar to players such as Jaehoon and Hyun. From youtube: Alexsteen5 years ago Cholera if the only game you've seen of magma is vs Boxer then you need to watch his game vs flash in his prime. Magma, is notorious for wrecking people in practice games but choking in live matches. Even though Magma was reckless, throwing units away in the game vs flash, he still made flash earn that game. Magma has the best plagues I've seen. I guess it's fairly well established that maGma was very strong in practice, the only thing that should be clarified, is - how strong was he relative to Jaedong (potentially as strong apparently). Regarding the MSL selections, it involved him calling Stork and Bisu "big acorns," (whatever that means) and indicating that he would knock them out, or that he was better than them, or something to that extent.
