Scan behaved like a giant jerk in between January 2011 - End 2011. That's two years ago. From what I had seen in Defiler and on ICCup ladder his behaviour was getting slowly better. He still trash talked and is still somewhat smug about his play, but not worse than a lot of other players, e.g. Alfio, Julia or Justice. I think it'd be ok to give him a second chance, not only because he showed signs he wanted to overcome his reputation during the past year, but also because it could do this league a great deal in terms of rising quality. To elaborate, Scan's BM Reports on ICCup went down to almost zero, while Scan at some point even tried to help out and made solid neutral arguments after being told to stop his shit posting. Compared to his behaviour three years ago, when he still flamed each and everyone, this was a huge deal. Not sure if he changed entirely, but let him play 2-3 games and see what'll come out of it, no?
