I use sunglasses and they help a lot. Try it and you'll feel the difference.

considering he has a CRT at the time instead of a LCD. it might help.


CRT is pretty much a gun shooting light into your face. it makes your eyes bad. very bad.

LCD is more like tiny light bulbs being lit all over the screen to form an image. its not as bad for your eyes.
