Yesterday I was playing ladder game and then suddenly the graphics changed back to the original. I did not toggle version. All the Remastered functions disappeared and in the main menu I got the offer to buy the Remastered version. If i click the purchase button, i get the message : “Good news. You already own this product.” I posted it to the blizzard forum, but I think I wont get help there. | ||

Sorry I saw you didnt toggle the version. This has happened to me many times but suddenly changed back to HD remastered after relaunching. Sorry for not being more helpfull :/ | ||

Only thing can think of is the usual re-installing the game; or perhaps re-installing your operating system can work too; gotta try out different things; log into your bnet account and see if it results you own it from there | ||

"Hey there, We are currently seeing multiple reports from players in the Europe Region being asked to purchase the game when they should already have the license. We are investigating the issue but do not have an ETA on a resolution. In the mean time you should be able to change regions from Europe to the Americas (globe next to play button) and that should allow you to play normally. You may need to log out of the battle.net app and at the login screen change that from Europe to Americas as well. We will update further as we get new information on the issue." | ||
